MUM-TO-BE Charlotte Church has taken up yoga in a bid to keep fit during her pregnancy.

The Voice of an Angel singer is doing the exercise one day a week to stay in shape as she awaits her first child with lover Gavin Henson.

Charlotte, 21, is also burning off the calories by taking dogs Frankie and Benny for walks near her Cardiff home.

She is due to give birth in September, when she will also launch her autobiography Keep Smiling.
